Refunds & Returns

If you want to return an item, You must first email support@doubleupldn.com with the following information:

1. Order number

2. Name on the order

3. Your request

You will then receive further instruction from the support team with the next steps.

Please note that return requests on discounted sale items or orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Order Numbers are required to process returned packages. 

We offer a 14 day returns period on goods once received. 

All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and packaging (the clear plastic bags that the actual clothing items are stored inside.)

There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back. Please note socks cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.

If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.

Any orders that are not accepted upon delivery and are returned to us(the sender), must follow our rules of a 14-day return period and adhere to the conditions mentioned above to be eligible for a refund upon receipt. If you do not accept a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any courier costs of return.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the original postage cost is non-refundable.

Policy on Returns and Same Item Repurchases During Sales:

If you return an item bought at original price and then repurchase the exact same item during a sale within 14 days of your original purchase, we will not process the new order. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our return and sale policies.



Defective / Wrong Items
In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us. For those items you do believe to be damaged or incorrect, please email us with photographic evidence at support@doubleupldn.com within 48 hours of receipt so that the issue can be evaluated and made right. In this instance, we would pay for your return postage.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well / with original packaging in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.


As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return as we cannot be held accountable for any returns lost in transit.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note:
We are unable to refund orders that are sent back to us by the courier due to unpaid international customs charges. Also note any orders returned by courier due to incorrect addresses can only be refunded as store credit, minus the shipping fee.

Klarna Returns/Refunds 

As soon as we have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return should be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
