Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.

You’ll receive an automatic follow-up email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on Saturday after midday may be shipped on the following Monday.

All delivery estimations at checkout are from when your order has been shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. Any orders returned by the courier due to incorrect addresses can only be refunded as store credit, minus the shipping fee.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES

Processing time: International orders ship within 1–3 business days.
United Kingdom: No extra fees on delivery.
United States: No extra fees on delivery.
All other countries: Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and may be charged by your local customs on delivery.
Shipping fee: Covers transport only and does not include duties or taxes unless stated.

International taxes (such as VAT or customs duties) are set by the destination country. You will be responsible for paying the required taxes and duties upon delivery, and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. Please check with your local government agency for these costs.


DELIVERY

Please ensure you report any issues within the following deadlines:

  • Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Missing: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
