Returns Instructions
Returns Instructions:
Attached below are return instructions for you to follow if you would like to return your order, please read them carefully as a return can only be accepted following the instructions below:
We offer a 14-day returns period on goods once received, meaning that we must receive your items back to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. Please note, our system is unable to process any returns received after this date.
Step 1: Please carefully make sure that your request for return falls within our policy here: https://doubleupldn.com/pages/returns - which explains what items are eligible for return and any exclusions that apply.
Step 2: Prepare the item: Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and has all the packaging intact, complete with original tags when applicable and packaging (the clear plastic bags that the actual clothing items are stored inside). There must be no stains, odours, signs of wear, or washing. Any signs of these will result in a return being refused. If your item arrived in a mailer bag, please use a mailer of the same size to return it. If it arrived in a box, use a box of the same size. This helps protect the item from damage and prevents excessive creasing during transit. Please add your order number written on a piece of paper or similar within or on the package so that we can identify your order.
Step 3: Secure packaging: Package the item securely to protect it during transit and prevent any damage, which could result in a damaged refused return.
Step 4: As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return, as we cannot be held accountable for any returns lost in transit.
The returns address is:

Step 5: Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, if the return is approved, your refund, store credit, or exchange will then be processed.
